Refund policy

All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns/exchanges.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days from the date you have received your parcel if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All defects will have to be clearly illustrated according to our requirements to ensure we are able to identify and replace them accordingly. The defective product/parts that can be replaced within the 7 days window are as follow:

  • Cracks, major scratches or dents

  • Incorrect item received 

  • Defective magnetic functionality 

  • Peeling or fading print 

Items must be unused and kept in their original packaging with all included accessories. If the above requirements are not met, the return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you if your refund request is approved. If approved, the refund will cover the cost of the item only, and shipping fees will not be refunded as the item has already been shipped. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction and reflect the amount in your account.
