Warranty

Effective date: 1st July 2025

CASEBANG Malaysia offers 6-months manufacturer’s warranty for CASEBANG products purchased only through CASEBANG Malaysia’s official stores:

CAEBANG products purchased through unauthorised channels are not eligible for warranty coverage. All warranty claims must be processed through the original point of purchase.

For online replacements:

  • Customers may reach out via email at support@shopcasebang.com.my for warranty assessment, or via the respective marketplace chats.

Warranty period starts from the date you receive your CASEBANG products, tracked with receipt of delivery shown on your order.


6-MONTHS WARRANTY COVERAGE

What we DO cover:

  • Any manufacturing defect (excluding printing peel off, deterioration or any defects resulting from normal aging, scratches due to natural wear-and-tear, abuse or improper use of the product)

What we DO NOT cover:

  • Normal daily wear and tear (e.g. dents, scratches, fading, paint chips, etc.)

  • Products not sold by us or authorized re-sellers.

  • Misuse and/or mishandling of products.

  • Theft/lost products or parts

  • Free/Giveaway products

  • Damages resulting from abuse, fire, accident and/or natural causes

  • Damages caused by cleaning, disassembly, installation failures and modifications

  • Minor differences of the product from images posted on store and/or social media due to differences in screen/colour resolutions of different devices

CASEBANG Malaysia retains the authority to assess all warranty claims and to update or adjust the warranty policy at its sole discretion.


AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please note the following instructions to ensure the proper care of your CASEBANG products.

DO:

  • Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth that's been soaked in soap and room-temperature water.

DO NOT:  

  • Soak in hot water

  • Clean with an alcohol wipe/alcohol-based cleaners and/or similar chemicals 


HOW TO FILE FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM?

You may submit your warranty claims through our "Contact Us" form or our email at support@shopcasebang.com.my.

Warranty claim must include a clear picture or video to illustrate the defect. If no pictures nor videos can be provided, CASEBANG Malaysia reserves the right to reject the warranty claim for failure to provide visual evidence if we believe that the warranty claim is deemed to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.

Replacements will be covered until the end of the warranty period or 30 days upon receiving your warranty parts, whichever comes later. CASEBANG Malaysia reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. In such cases, CASEBANG Malaysia may offer alternative options or replacements to the extent possible, but is not obligated to provide an exact match or equivalent product as purchased.

We may or may not ask for the defective parts/items back but it will be at our own cost/expense.

Should there be any request for replacement parts out of warranty (expired or not covered under our stipulated manufacturer’s warranty), the customer will be responsible for the replacement including the handling & shipping costs.


LIMITATION AND TRANSFERABILITY OF WARRANTY

CASEBANG Malaysia’s Supplier Warranty only applies to the original purchase and is not transferable. Any attempt to transfer the warranty or unregistered claims will result in termination of the warranty in its entirety. 


VERIFICATION OF PURCHASE

CASEBANG Malaysia reserves the right to request or demand for proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, to verify the validity of the warranty claim. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the rejection of the claim.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We do not cover damages caused by improper use of CASEBANG products as our supplier’s warranty only applies to defects in the product itself.

This includes: 

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence; or

  • False claims or fraudulent misrepresentation
